We are happy to receive any unworn, undamaged goods in perfect condition for a full refund.

Do not return any products that are worn / damaged, or if it is past 30 days from the date you received the goods, as the return will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent with shipping charges, duties and taxes paid by the sender. Kiva Tribe will not accept parcels with outstanding fees due.

Packing Your Parcel…

Please ensure that your parcel is well packaged and secure. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transport and any such damage will affect your claim to a refund.

Remember to place the original order details inside your package – you can either send the invoice that we enclosed in the parcel we sent you OR you can print off the confirmation email of your original order (please ensure that you are printing off the correct email!). Without this we will not be able to process your return.

When we receive your refund our team will inspect your items. If your refund is accepted, we will initiate a refund. Please be understanding that whilst we try our best to expedite this process, there are times when our team works under tremendous time pressure. We are currently quoting 5-10 days to initiate your refund, although usually it is less.

Once we initiate the refund, we pass it over to the payment gateway. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please remember that individual payment gateways have their own processing times and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by payment gateways after we have initiated the refund.
