We are happy to receive any unworn, undamaged goods in perfect condition for a full refund. Howewever, do not return any products that are worn/damaged, or if it is past 30 days from the date you received the goods, as the return will not be accepted.
The Returns Process…

- We will email you with a link to full details of how to return your goods.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect your return.
- If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund, which will be applied to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Right of Withdrawal…
You have the right to return your clean & undamaged goods within 30 days without giving a reason. This period expires 30 days after the day our carrier delivers your goods to you or your representative.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 30 day period has expired using the contact the form above.
Condition of Goods…
In order to ensure that you receive the full value of your refund promptly:
- Please ensure that returned goods are in clean, unworn, and undamaged condition with all labels intact.
- Ensure that the parcel is well packaged – we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transit.
- Place a copy of your invoice inside the parcel so that we know who to refund to!
Return Shipping Costs…
Please note that you need to pay return shipping and duties yourself. We will, however, cover the cost of shipping out replacement goods.
In the unlikely event that we sent you faulty goods or the wrong product, we will be happy to cover your return shipping costs.
As we do not cover return shipping costs, we cannot accept parcels that have not been prepaid.
Damaged Items…
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.
If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material you jeopardise our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Terms & Conditions…
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returned goods are defective products or the incorrect products were sent to you.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your goods reach us safely.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless goods are defective.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
- Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please be aware that individual payment gateways have their own processing times and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by them after we have initiated the refund.
- Chew Barker Collars reserves the right to reject all returns that may have shipping, duties and taxes fees.
- All returns must be shipped with ALL costs paid by the sender (Shipping Charges, Duties, Taxes and Import Taxes).
